How I Work:

Gather Photos
I do a free in-home consultation, or a client simply hands off their photos. We then assess what you have and what the estimated cost will be to organize, scan, and digitally set up your project.

Sort Photos From Other Material
I then sort though all materials, organizing by decade, and removing any material that does not contain photos.

Final Sort
All material is sorted chronologically to the best of my knowledge.

Scan
Once hardcopies are organized, they are scanned in the same order and set up in digital folders.

Final Project
Your material is returned in a photo safe, 8x5", photo box. Scanned material is returned on your choice of digital hardware.

Labeled Folders
Digital photos are placed in folders labeled by year or decade. These folders correspond with your boxed hardcopies.

Film
I scan and sort film and negatives. I scan this material at a high dpi for the best digital image. You get a better image from scanned film, however it takes longer to scan and can take up a lot of digital storage.

Accepted Material
Photos of almost any size or material, film, slides, negatives, floppys, disks, flash-drives, hard drives, VHS tapes.

Framed Photos and Albums
I also scan photos from frames and albums, or remove them to add to your collection. Often photos need to be removed from deteriorating albums or other outdated mounting methods.
